About Beginner's Basics: Learn to Float & Swim
Starting out is mostly about overcoming physical tension, not just learning the strokes. We prioritize breath control and getting comfortable with the water first, because once the fear fades, your body naturally relaxes and the technique follows.
Why Basics Matter
Floating isn't just about staying on the surface. It is about control and confidence. Most beginners struggle because they try to force their movement instead of working with the water. In our beginner programs, we strip it back to the essentials: breathing rhythm, body position, and finding your balance.
What You Will Actually Do
- Breath Control: Learning to exhale underwater is the single biggest fix for sinking. We practice this until it becomes second nature.
- The Streamline: This is your foundation. We teach you how to hold your body position to reduce drag, which makes everything else—from kicking to stroking—significantly easier.
- Water Confidence: Whether you are three or fifty, our coaches use a patient, step-by-step approach to help you shake off that initial hesitation.
Our Program Structure
We keep sessions focused. Each slot is 60 minutes long, split into 50 minutes of active water time and 10 minutes for transition. This structure ensures you get quality time with the water without getting exhausted. Whether you are joining us in our Faridabad or Rohini pools, the focus is the same: keeping it fun, keeping it safe, and helping you swim smarter, not harder.
