About Mastering the Bars: Uneven, Parallel & High Bar

Bars training is the ultimate test of your grip, timing, and upper body control. In my sessions, we never just jump on the bar and hope for the best. We break down every movement from the cast to the final dismount into safe, repetitive drills. Whether you are working on your giant swings or just starting to learn a proper support hold, you will do it with my direct supervision and spotting until the technique becomes muscle memory.
