About Floor & Tumbling: Power in Motion
On our floor, we don’t just throw flips. You’ll spend weeks on a 'round-off perfection drill' using blocks to fix your foot and hand placement before we ever let you attempt a full back handspring. It is the slow way, but it is the only way to avoid injury and build the explosive power required for advanced tumbling.
At Warrior Gymnastics Academy, the floor is where we build the core of every gymnast. We do not skip steps. Whether you are a complete beginner learning your first forward roll or an athlete working on a double back salto, the process remains the same: basics first. Our facility in Sheetla Colony is equipped with air tracks, crash mats, and a dedicated foam pit. This equipment is critical because it lets you practice high-risk aerial skills—like back handsprings and twists—with the safety cushion needed to build confidence.
Training here is not just about the tricks; it is about conditioning. You will be doing daily core compression, oversplits, and rope climbs. This is how we take you from zero to competition-level tumbling. We prepare our students for district, state, and national events like the SGFI games, but we focus on the mechanics of every movement. You will hear me in the gym saying 'Chest tight rakho' or 'Extend kar' because that is the difference between a sloppy flip and a disciplined, competition-ready tumbling pass. If you are serious about gymnastics and ready to put in the work, this is your arena.
