About this collection

We don't skip steps here. You will start on the pommel mushroom to build circle rhythm and use the foam pit to safely master still rings holds. Every repetition is under my supervision because technique is everything when you are working on high-level apparatus.

Rings and pommel horse are the true tests of a male gymnast's upper body power and core stability. At Warrior Gymnastics Academy, we treat them with the seriousness they deserve. Whether you are aiming for the Haryana State Championships or just want to build incredible functional strength, my training approach is specific: control first, speed second.

On the rings, we start with simple inversions and holds. My students build toward the iron cross and strength holds by focusing on grip stability and scapular control. It is taxing work, but it builds a foundation you cannot get anywhere else.

The pommel horse is all about core endurance and weight distribution. We use the pommel mushroom for thousands of repetitions of circle work. It builds the hip drive and shoulder mobility you need to transition from basic swings to a full, continuous routine.

I am a national gold medallist, and I run my gym like a proper sports arena. You won't find AC comfort, but you will find industrial-grade equipment, foam pits for safe dismounts, and a coach who pushes you to be perfect. We train in small, focused batches in Sheetla Colony, Gurugram. If you are ready to put in the work, come join the team.
