Master the art of control on the rings and pommel horse. I train students from basic circles to advanced competition routines in Sheetla Colony.

About Men's Apparatus: Rings & Pommel Horse

We don't skip steps here. You will start on the pommel mushroom to build circle rhythm and use the foam pit to safely master still rings holds. Every repetition is under my supervision because technique is everything when you are working on high-level apparatus.
