A tour of the completed Sa Sha Villa, a modern renovation project. I focused on creating an open-plan living and dining area with large glass windows for an indoor-outdoor feel. The floating staircase is a central feature, designed with a minimalist aesthetic to maximize the sense of space.

This clip highlights the bedroom designs in Sa Sha Villa. I used a palette of cool tones, plush fabrics, and contemporary lighting to create serene and stylish personal spaces. Each bedroom features a balcony with custom jali screens for privacy and light control.

About Modern Villa Transformations

At Sa Sha Villa, we converted a rigid floor plan into an open-concept sanctuary by introducing floating staircases and floor-to-ceiling glass. This shift dramatically improves natural light and cross-ventilation, transforming a static structure into a home that breathes. We prioritize this structural openness to ensure that while we modernize, the essential character of the building remains the focal point of the interior.

A full view of the Dasharatha residence in Bangalore. This design focuses on a simple, clean aesthetic, using natural stone cladding and a geometric MS jali screen to create a modern yet timeless facade that interacts beautifully with the surrounding greenery.7
This 3D render shows how a double-height living space can be transformed with a brick jali screen. The perforated wall filters natural light, creating dynamic patterns of light and shadow while ensuring privacy and connecting the indoors with a cozy sit-out area.

We designed the Avani Residence with a fluid, sculptural facade that creates a dynamic play of volumes and voids. The seamless lines and interplay of textures give this compact home a distinctive and modern architectural identity in Bangalore.8
In the living area of the Avani Residence, sunlight streams through double-height windows, illuminating a custom-carved stone panel inspired by peacock feathers. This space is a testament to our philosophy of using light as a key design element to create evolving, artistic interiors.
For Dr. Harsha's home, we created a dramatic dining nook with a custom-built table integrated into a monolithic dark tile wall. This space-saving solution becomes a bold statement piece, contrasting beautifully with the home's otherwise light and airy feel.

Overlooking the Tolankere Lake in Hubli, this home's facade is a careful blend of contemporary structure with traditional touches. We used natural stone and classic roof tiles to create a timeless design that respects its scenic surroundings.
