Here, it’s all about luxury resort architecture. I focus on open spaces, natural light, and blending the indoors with the outdoors. Using local stuff like laterite and wood, I try to make each place rooted and sustainable. Gokulam Grand Resort in Kumarakom is one project close to my heart. -

I’m Vinay, the face behind VM Architects. Kerala’s old stories and textures are in my bones, even though we’re building in Bangalore and Calicut now. I’m obsessed with mixing old-school charm—like courtyards and laterite stone—with clean, modern vibes. We celebrate every finished home with a milk warming, making clients family.
