When you order a box of doughnuts or a loaf of tea cake from me, you’re not getting something that’s been sitting on a shelf. I bake specifically for your order in my Sector 48 kitchen. This means the crumb on my sponge cakes stays moist, the chocolate on the doughnuts is glossy, and the desi ghee in my nankhatais is as fragrant as the day I mixed the dough.
Why these treats taste different
It starts with the basics. I don't use preservatives to extend shelf life, so you’re eating food the way it was meant to be—fresh. For my Nankhatai, I use 100% Shudh Desi Ghee. It’s not just a flavour; it changes the entire texture of the biscuit, giving it that classic, melt-in-the-mouth crumble that vegetable oil just can’t replicate.

Whether you’re grabbing a box of chocolate-glazed doughnuts for an office treat or a tea cake for your weekend, these aren't mass-produced items. I control the sugar levels and the quality of chocolate. My soft-batch cookies are chewy in the center with crisp edges because I bake them in small, monitored batches.

I’m based in Sector 48, Gurgaon. You can pick up your orders directly from my home bakery for that extra bit of warmth, or I can arrange delivery across Gurgaon to your doorstep. Since I’m a one-woman team, ordering a day or two in advance is best to ensure I have the time to bake your items fresh.
