My humble efforts to revive and promote the sacred art of Dhanurvidya have been recognized by the Center for Emotional Education Society at Andhra University. This award represents a commitment to the lineage of Gurus who preserved this knowledge.

I was deeply humbled to be presented with the framed certificate for the Spiritual Scientist Award by the esteemed members of Andhra University and the Center for Emotional Education Society.

Receiving the memento for the Spiritual Scientist Award. I accept this honor not for myself, but on behalf of the entire lineage of Gurus who preserved the profound science of Dhanurvidya.

The official letter of appreciation for the Spiritual Scientist Award. It recognizes my efforts in reviving the ancient martial art and nurturing the minds and spirits of those who seek this knowledge.

Addressing the gathering at Andhra University after being honored. I took the opportunity to speak about Dhanurvidya not as a martial art alone, but as a complete science for emotional and spiritual well being.

Seated with the dignitaries during the award ceremony. It was a privilege to share the stage with such learned individuals and to bring the knowledge of the Gurukulam to a wider audience.

About Recognition and Esteem

It is a profound responsibility to carry forward a lineage that has nourished seekers for generations. Receiving the Spiritual Scientist Award is a reminder that the study of the bow is essentially the study of the self, bridging ancient Vedic practices with modern emotional well-being.

The Spiritual Scientist Award, conferred by the Department of Emotional Education at Andhra University, recognizes that Dhanurvidya is far more than a martial art. It is a rigorous science of the mind. By practicing ancient archery forms, one learns to regulate breath, sharpen focus, and cultivate an unshakeable sense of calm, much like the warriors of the Mahabharata.

Our work at the Gurukulam focuses on this convergence. When we conduct training, we are not just teaching a student to strike a target. We are helping them align their inner state with their outer actions. The award validates the importance of reviving these traditions to address the stresses of modern life.

We invite seekers to experience this approach firsthand. Whether you are looking to master the seven primary stances of Dhanurveda or simply wish to spend time in a traditional Gurukul environment, our residential camps offer a structured environment for this transformation. The training is open to anyone over ten years of age, regardless of prior experience. It is a sincere attempt to preserve the wisdom of our heritage while providing practical tools for personal growth and emotional strength. We welcome those who are ready to walk the path of Dharma with seriousness and dedication.
