About Dhanurvidya Teacher Certification Program
Why I Teach
I’ve walked the path of Dhanurveda for years, and for me, it’s more than just archery. It’s about shaping the mind, spirit, and body. If you feel the itch to not just learn but to teach, to become an Acharya, this is where you start.
What Happens in the 11-Day Intensive
This is a full-on, residential Gurukul experience. You’ll be living with fellow seekers, eating together, training together, and honestly, sometimes struggling together. No distractions, just pure focus on Dhanurvidya Acharya Shiksha Varga. The days are packed, and it’s tough - but that’s how real transformation happens.
- Dive deep into advanced bow and arrow techniques. You’ll learn the old-school stuff, the kind that’s been passed down through guru-shishya parampara.
- We get into the nitty-gritty of teaching - how to structure classes, guide students, and actually lead, not just instruct.
- Warrior philosophy and ethics course is a big part. We read from Vedic texts, Ramayana, Mahabharat, and talk about what it means to live as a Veer (warrior).
- Physical and mental conditioning is daily. Expect yoga, meditation, and some serious discipline.
Who Should Join
If you’re ready for a serious, transformative journey and want to preserve and pass on this ancient wisdom, this is for you. Doesn’t matter where you come from, but you need to be committed.
When you finish, you’ll be a Certified Dhanurvidya Acharya - not just an archer, but a guide and a keeper of tradition.
