I do not provide generic PDF plans that sit in your inbox. I hold you to a strict standard, reviewing your progress with daily condition photos and weekly measurements to ensure you are actually changing, not just going through the motions.

When you see these trophies, understand that they are the result of macro-cycling protocols, extreme discipline, and years of manipulating my own physique. I don't believe in quick fixes. I believe in biology and chemistry—calories in, calories out, and the right stimulus to build muscle.
My No-Nonsense Coaching
- Daily Accountability: If you are prepping for a stage or a serious transformation, I need to see your morning fasting condition photos daily. If you are stalling, we make immediate, aggressive changes.
- Diet Scolding: You will get called out for skipping meals or cheating on your plan. This isn't a hobby; it is a commitment. I track your macros and adjust your diet every two weeks based on real-time data.
- Education Over Guesses: I teach you the science of nutrition. You will learn why we cycle carbs, how to time your protein intake, and how to manage supplements without wasting money on useless products.
