I am proud of the trophies I have earned, but I am even prouder when my clients thank me for the 'diet scolding'. My tough love approach to nutrition coaching delivers results, whether you are preparing for the stage or a major life transformation.
Building a strong back is essential for a powerful physique. Here I am working on lat pulldowns, an exercise I program for clients to improve posture, strength, and that coveted V-taper. My plans focus on both nutrition and how it fuels these key workouts.
To all the women out there, this is my message to you: Strong is feminine, beautiful, and powerful. I specialize in coaching women to build muscle and confidence, breaking old stereotypes with every single lift.
