About this collection
I don't believe in shortcuts, so you won't find frozen tubs here. Everything on this counter is baked daily in my Nerul kitchen, and when we run out, we’re out for the day. That is the only way to ensure the sponge is perfectly soaked and the cream stays light.
When I started Veni’licious, I wanted a place where the desserts felt honest. That is why my Tres Leches, which is where this whole journey began, is handled with so much care. I soak the sponge just enough so it stays moist without becoming mushy, and our seasonal Mango Tres Leches is a favorite because we only use fresh fruit, never tinned.
My Tiramisu is another story. I wanted that classic coffee hit but without the eggs, so I spent weeks getting the texture of the mascarpone cream right. It is light, airy, and the cocoa powder gives it that perfect bitterness to balance the sweetness. We also keep a rotating counter of treats like Cheesecake Brownies, which are fudgy, dense, and naturally eggless, alongside other seasonal specials that come and go with the weather in Navi Mumbai.
Everything here is made to be eaten fresh. We do not have a giant industrial freezer because that is not my vibe. You will find the same quality in our eggless cheesecake slices as you do in our signature tubs.
