About this collection
We don't believe in day-old stuff. I start the ovens at 5 a.m. to make sure that the slice or eclair you grab in the afternoon is exactly as fresh as the first batch. Whether it is our signature Tres Leches or the daily rotating cheesecakes, you are always eating it at its peak.
The counter at Veni'licious is where I put everything into practice. While I love the classics—like a rich, layered chocolate cake or a smooth, velvety cheesecake—I am always tinkering with new ideas. That is how the Roasted Almond Eclair came to be, with its balance of rich cream and that specific, satisfying crunch.
Why freshness is my only rule
When you stop by our Nerul cafe, you will notice the display case changes. I don't mass-produce batches that sit around. If a specific berry or ingredient isn't in season, you won't find it on our menu because I refuse to compromise on the flavor profile. It is a small space, but that allows me to focus on the details—like the crust on our Berliners or the consistency of the cream in our pastries.

- The Veni'licious Standard: Whether you are grabbing a quick dessert after work or picking up a box of treats for home, everything follows my personal rule: if I wouldn't serve it to my school teacher, I won't serve it to you.
