Basic Bike Tune-Up (The Safety Check)

- Gear Tuning: Indexing of front and rear derailleurs to ensure smooth shifting without skipping.
- Brake Calibration: Tightening and aligning brake calipers or pads for rim and disc brakes.
- Safety Check: Tightening of stem bolts, crank bolts, and wheel quick-releases.
Lubrication & Air
- Chain Care: Application of standard chain lubricant (Dry or Wet based on season).
- Tyre Inflation: Checking and inflating tyres to the recommended PSI.
Process
- Duration: Approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
- Wash: NOT Included (Dry wipe down only if necessary).
Comprehensive General Service (Half Service)
Everything in Basic Tune-Up, Plus:
- Wheel Truing: Aligning the wheels via spoke tension adjustment to remove wobbles.
- Bearing Adjustments: Tightening and checking play in the Headset and Wheel Hubs.

- Drivetrain Cleaning: Surface degreasing and scrubbing of the chain and cassette to remove grime.

Premium Drivetrain Overhaul (Full Service)
Deep Cleaning & Overhaul
- Strip-Down: Removal of the Crankset, Cassette, Chain, and Derailleurs from the frame.
- Solvent Bath: Soaking components in deep degreaser to remove 100% of accumulated grease.
- Frame Wash: Deep soap and water wash to restore frame shine.
Cable Replacement
- Cables & Housing: Replacement of gear and brake inner cables and outer housing (Standard quality included).
Detailed Mechanics
- Bottom Bracket Service: Opening, cleaning, and regreasing the bottom bracket bearings.
- Full Tune-Up: Reassembly, wheel truing, bearing adjustment, and precision indexing.
Full Bicycle Restoration (Project Resurrection)
The Process
- 100% Dismantling: Every bolt, screw, and bearing is removed until only the bare frame remains.
- Rust Treatment: Chemical treatment and scrubbing of rusted chrome parts to restore finish.
- Paint Restoration: Clay bar treatment and polishing of the frame paint to remove oxidation.
Mechanical Rebuild
- Bearing Repack: Cleaning old grease from loose ball bearings and repacking with fresh marine grease.
- Stuck Part Removal: Removal of jammed seat posts or rusted bottom brackets.
- Reassembly: Building the bike back up from scratch.
Advisory
- Parts Extra: Cost of spare parts (tyres, tubes, rusted chains) charged at actuals.
E-Bike Diagnostics & Assembly
Electrical Systems Check
- Connector Inspection: Checking waterproof couplings for corrosion or looseness.
