- Condition: Mechanically tuned gears and brakes; cosmetic wear (scratches) expected.
- Sizing: Frame size matched to rider height upon booking.
Gear Included
- Safety: Sanitized standard safety helmet.
- Comfort: Gel or Foam seat cover available on request.
- Accessories: Frame-mounted bottle cage (bottle not included) and cable lock with key.
Requirements
- Booking: Minimum 48-hour lead time required.
- Security: Refundable cash deposit (₹500 - ₹1000) and digital ID verification.
- Logistics: Self-pickup from hubs (Thane or Worli/Andheri depending on price tier).

- Logistics: Free delivery and pickup included for South Mumbai, Bandra, and Andheri.

- Upgrade: Road bikes (Triban RC100) available at the higher price range.
- Monsoon: Disc-brake options available for wet weather traction.

- Safety: Includes helmet and heavy-duty cable lock for overnight parking.
- Financials: Refundable security deposit applies; cost covers major wear (minor flats are user responsibility).

Service Tiers
- Basic Tune-up: Gear adjustment, brake alignment, chain degreasing, lube, and safety check.
- Full Overhaul: Complete drivetrain strip-down, chemical cleaning, wheel truing, and bearing adjustment.
Eligibility & Logistics
- Bike Type: Strictly for premium/imported brands (Scott, Trek, Java, etc.) costing >₹12k. Local non-geared cycles not accepted.
- Turnaround: Typically 24-48 hours at the Worli workshop.
- Transport: Pick-up and drop available at an additional trucking charge.
Exclusions
- Spares: Cost of replacement parts (brake pads, tubes, chains) is charged on actuals.
