Music is a conversation, not just a performance. Whether it is the quiet precision of a traditional Carnatic concert or the high-energy flow of a fusion set, I love creating moments that feel real and personal. Let us make your next event a musical one.

Kicking off my 'Vari' album tour at Windmills, my favorite venue in my home city of Bengaluru. The intimate setting, surrounded by a library of books, creates a warm and special atmosphere for sharing my music.

On stage at the beautiful Mumbai Opera House. There's something magical about performing in such a historic and acoustically rich space. It feels like my favorite place to be, doing my favorite thing.

A dramatic black and white shot from my 'Vari' album release concert in Bengaluru. The single spotlight captures the solitude and focus that music requires, even when you're performing for a full house.

Another perspective from the 'Vari' album release concert. The lighting and atmosphere were just perfect, creating a magical space for me to share the music that is so close to my heart.

A spotlight moment during the 'Vari' album release concert. In these moments, it feels like it's just me, the microphone, and the music flowing through.

A full-stage view from the 'Vari' album release concert, showing the connection between me and my mridangam player. This non-verbal communication is at the core of our live performances.

A single red light illuminates the stage during the 'Vari' album release concert. The mood and lighting are so important for setting the emotional tone of the music.

A short, artistic video capturing the essence of the 'Vari' album release concert. The black and white visuals with the 'Vari' logo highlight the raw emotion and energy of the performance.

A wide shot of a traditional Carnatic concert at the Indian Music Experience. Performing in front of an audience, surrounded by my talented band, is where I feel most at home.

A happy moment during a traditional Carnatic concert at Sree Ramaseva Mandali. I'm wearing one of my Amma's Kanjeevaram sarees from her wedding, which made the performance feel extra special.

About Intimate & Soulful Concerts

My live sets are rarely just me singing. They are built around a genuine musical dialogue with my band and you, the audience. Whether we are keeping it traditional with a violin and mridangam or exploring global jazz textures with a full fusion ensemble, the goal is always to create a space that feels personal and present.

Two Ways to Experience My Music

I offer two distinct formats depending on the vibe you are looking for. Both are designed to bring people together through the power of sound.

Traditional Carnatic Quartet This is for when you want that pure, classical feel. It is a sit-down auditory experience, perfect for more formal settings or cultural gatherings. We keep it authentic with a 4-piece ensemble, featuring myself on vocals and flute, supported by a violinist and two percussionists (mridangam and khanjira or tabla). It is a beautiful way to honor tradition, often performed in formal Indian attire.

Global Fusion Experience If you are planning an event that needs high energy and a contemporary vibe, this is the one. We are a 6-piece band blending Carnatic ragas with jazz, funk, and global sounds. Think festival-grade music with a full rhythm section including western drums, synths, and bass. It is dynamic, visually engaging, and always gets the crowd moving.

Practical Details

Regardless of the format, music requires preparation. For a traditional concert, we need a 60-minute sound check 3 hours before start time. For the 6-piece fusion band, the technical requirements are more involved, including a 90 to 120-minute sound check. We bring the heart and the soul, but we do ask that you provide the backline instruments (drum kit, amps, keyboards) per our technical rider.

Whether we are at a historic venue like the Mumbai Opera House or an intimate setting like Windmills, my promise is to pour my heart into every note. Let us talk about what works best for your space.

I was humming ragas before I could even talk, and that pure joy has never left me. I love bringing the soul of Carnatic music into spaces where we can really connect, whether it is a quiet, intimate evening or a high-energy fusion set. It is all about the music, the moment, and the people we share it with.
