About Intimate 'Baithak' & Private Concerts

For a house concert or private baithak, I usually perform with a tabla accompanist. We need a simple raised platform (min 8x6 ft) with a white mattress and sheet for floor seating. This traditional floor-level setup allows the sound to resonate clearly and creates that classic, cozy atmosphere where you and your guests can truly connect with the raags without the barrier of a formal stage.
