About Group Boxing & Fitness Drills
We do not believe in fancy air-conditioned gyms because the ring is never comfortable. At our Noida Sector 72 facility, you train in a raw industrial setup designed to build heat tolerance and mental grit. You will rotate between boxing, wrestling, and conditioning drills supervised by coaches who are active fighters, meaning the techniques you learn are the same ones used in professional bouts.
Our approach to fitness is simple: if it does not work in the ring, we do not teach it. Forget about generic treadmill cardio. In our group boxing and fitness drills, we focus on the fundamentals of combat sports.
- Real Techniques: You work on stance, jab-cross combinations, and defensive head movement, not just repetitive motions.
- Rotational Coaching: You learn from a pool of four specialized trainers, ensuring you get expert eyes on your wrestling, striking, and conditioning.
