We don't just train, we compete. This is one of our female boxers warming up before a competitive bout at a talent hunt program. We prepare our fighters for real-world challenges, building both skill and mental toughness.
Sparring is a key part of learning to fight. Here, two of our students are working on their boxing skills in our personalized ring, practicing offense and defense in a safe and controlled setting.
This is a glimpse into a typical sparring session for our female members. They are practicing their footwork, combinations, and defensive guards under the watchful eye of our coaches.
About Women's Self-Defense & Boxing
This isn't just about cardio or repeating patterns; it is about actual sparring. In our sessions, you will step into the ring, learn to manage your distance, and handle the pressure of an opponent. We do not do 'fitness-only' boxing here because you cannot learn how to defend yourself without feeling the real rhythm of a fight.
Why We Are Different
Most places teach you to hit bags for an hour and call it self-defense. At Vajra, we know that does not prepare you for reality. Our Women’s Self-Defense and Boxing program is built on the same foundation we use for our professional fighters. You will learn the mechanics of a proper jab, how to move your feet, and how to defend against strikes in a controlled environment.
The 'Active Fighter' Edge
I am not a fan of instructors who learned from a weekend course. Here, you are training with people who are currently fighting, competing, and winning. Because we are in the ring ourselves, we teach you what works when you are under pressure. We don't believe in 'jack of all trades' training. We break down the technique so you understand the logic behind every move.
Your Training Environment
Located in Sector 72, Noida, our facility is not an AC gym meant for comfort. It is an industrial setup designed for heat tolerance and grit. We follow strict protocols because discipline is the first step of self-defense. Whether you are a total beginner or looking to sharpen your combat skills, we have the space and the expertise to help you build real muscle, reflex, and, most importantly, confidence.
We train Mon-Wed-Fri at 5:30 PM. Come ready to sweat, learn, and work hard.
