About Adult & Corporate Programs
My adult batches are designed to fit your busy schedule while ensuring you get a serious workout. We focus on technical fundamentals—grip, stance, and spin—but we also make sure you leave the court feeling physically sharper and mentally refreshed after a long workday.
Table tennis is often underestimated as a workout, but it is one of the best ways to combine cardio with high-level cognitive focus. When you join my adult batches, you aren't just hitting a ball back and forth.
We utilize ITTF-approved STAG tables and professional red synthetic sports mats to ensure you have the best surface for training. My sessions for adults are structured to accommodate different fitness levels and goals:
- Technical Refinement: We work on the basics of footwork, backhand/forehand loops, and serve variations. You will learn to control the spin and speed of the ball rather than just chasing it.
- Stress Relief: The intensity of multiball drills helps you switch off from work and focus entirely on the game. It is a fantastic mental reset.
- Community & Sparring: The best way to improve is to play with others. Our environment is highly collaborative, with regular sparring sessions that help you apply what you learned in drills to real match scenarios.
Whether you are looking for a weekend hobby to stay active or want to train for corporate tournaments, we have a group for you. We operate out of two primary locations in Noida: Raghav Global School in Sector 122 and Pacific World School in Greater Noida. If you are struggling with a specific shot, I also offer 1:1 coaching outside of our group batch hours to fast-track your progress.
