About Inclusive & Inspiring: Para-TT Champions
Our para-athlete training focuses on adapting core techniques like serve mechanics and footwork to suit each player’s specific movement needs. Instead of rigid standard drills, we customize our multi-ball sessions to ensure every athlete develops their personal style while sharpening their competitive edge for district and national tournaments.
We founded our academy on the belief that table tennis is for anyone with the drive to pick up a paddle. Our approach to para-athlete training goes beyond basic coaching; we analyze each player's strengths and build a roadmap to maximize their potential on the court.
Our Training Philosophy
Our program for para-athletes is integrated directly into our regular competitive batches. This ensures that players train in a real-world, high-energy environment, which is crucial for preparing for competitive play. We work extensively on:
- Customized Tactics: Refining stroke play and placement based on the player's physical comfort.
- Strength & Conditioning: Dedicated fitness routines to improve endurance and reaction speed.
- Mental Toughness: Preparing for the pressure of tournament environments, just as we did for the 1st Para Table Tennis National Ranking Championship.
