Table tennis isn't just about your wrist work. It's about how you move on the court. We integrate specialized agility and stamina drills into every session to make sure you’re as fast as your smash.

Strength and conditioning are non-negotiable. This video shows my students going through footwork and agility drills that are essential for building the stamina needed for long matches.
