This document helps us map your lifestyle, functional needs, and personal memories, ensuring the space we build is uniquely yours rather than a collection of internet trends.
We are Pragya, Unnatt, and Utsav—the three architects behind the firm. When we started this studio, we wanted to move away from the standard practice of copying images. Instead, we wanted to build a practice where the design is rooted in the person inhabiting it.
Our process is divided into distinct stages to ensure transparency from day one. It starts with a comprehensive discovery workshop where we dive into your requirements, not just your room dimensions. We use a 10-page questionnaire to understand your routine, your memories, and your functional priorities. This allows us to balance Pragya’s focus on art, Unnatt’s interest in cosmic harmony, and Utsav’s dedication to nature.
Once we have the concept, we move into technical planning. This is where we differ from many firms; we rely heavily on axonometric drawings. These exploded 3D views allow us to communicate complex structural junctions and joinery details to contractors, eliminating ambiguity on site. We believe that pretty renders are just the start; the real work happens during the execution phase. We provide weekly site monitoring to manage building by-laws and real-time construction issues, ensuring the quality on site matches the design vision.
