About Architectural Design
Our Approach
We’re Upscale Architects - Pragya, Unnatt, and Utsav. We start every project by listening, not just to what you want, but to who you are. Our designs don’t chase trends. We try to make spaces that feel personal, timeless, and a little bit magical. If you want a Pinterest copy-paste, probably not us. If you want a place that feels like home, let's talk.
What We Create
- Homes, luxury villas, farmhouses, estates
- Restaurants, offices, retail studios with a story
- Schools and community buildings
We work from Delhi-NCR, Kolkata, and Karnal, but our projects take us everywhere. No matter where you are, our design process stays hands-on and detailed.
Design Style
No fixed look. We switch between minimalist elegance, contemporary Indian luxury design, art deco, boho, and even a bit of retro industrial. Whatever fits you best.
How We Work
- We kick off with deep chats and a questionnaire to understand you
- Mood boards and concept notes before any drawing starts
- Detailed layouts and 3D architectural rendering for your feedback
- Axonometric drawing for technical clarity and zero confusion on site
What Happens on Site
Pretty renders are just 1%. The ‘99%’ is the grind:
- Weekly site checks
- Managing real-time issues, building by-laws, and site coordination in construction
- Making sure every joint and finish is as promised
We keep it real: building is messy, and we’re there for it.

My Story
So, three architects walk into a room and—boom—Upscale Architects happens. Pragya’s all about art and stories, Unnatt’s got his cosmic harmony thing going on, and Utsav? He’s obsessed with nature. We argue, laugh, travel for materials, and drink way too much coffee. Our meetings end up as long chats, sometimes over Thai food. For us, it’s not just walls, it’s about making you feel at home, with a dash of wonder and real connection.
