In my sessions, we do not count reps or watch the clock. I focus on the rhythm of Reggaeton and Afro-beats to keep your heart rate up naturally, so you will be sweating before you even realize you are working out. If you are worried about coordination, leave that at the door; my classes are designed for movement, not perfection, ensuring you feel energized rather than exhausted.
Zumba is often mistaken for a dance class where you need to get the steps right, but here at Gfunk Studio, the goal is purely movement and stress relief. By combining Latin and Afro rhythms with consistent cardio intensity, we create a workout that feels like a night out rather than a gym session.
