Every session is a mash-up of global rhythms where the only rule is to keep moving. You do not need to be a trained dancer to jump in; we focus on simple, repetitive steps that get your heart rate up without feeling like a gym drill. Whether you are catching the Reggaeton beat or finding your flow with Afro moves, the focus is on letting go and finding your groove in a judgment-free space.
Why do I mix Latin and Afro beats into my classes? It is simple. These rhythms are designed for continuous movement, making it easier to burn calories while you are genuinely having fun. When we dance to tracks like Reggaeton, Salsa, or Bachata, your body naturally locks into the tempo, helping you forget the stress of the day. My sessions include a 10-minute warm-up to prep your joints, a 45-minute high-energy cardio core, and a 5-minute cool-down to stretch it out.
We operate in studio spaces with mirrors and AC in Krishna Nagar and Mayur Vihar, so you are comfortable even when the intensity spikes. I constantly update my playlists with fresh ZIN-licensed choreography, so you are never doing the same boring routine twice. If you are worried about the steps, do not be. My 'shake it till you make it' philosophy means if you are sweating and smiling, you are doing it right. Whether it is an Afrobeat fusion or a smooth Merengue, the goal is simple. You walk in feeling a bit stressed, you walk out feeling alive.
