You don't need any prior dance training to join these sessions. I keep the choreography simple and repetitive, so you can stop thinking about your feet and start focusing on the music. We move through Latin and global tracks for 50 minutes, and the goal is always to keep the flow going rather than pausing for technical corrections.
Think of these Zumba classes as a 50-minute dance party rather than a gym grind. We blend authentic Latin rhythms like Salsa and Merengue with global hits from Brazilian Funk and Reggaeton. We hold these sessions across various spots in West Delhi, including One Million and Just Fitt, with a community that is incredibly welcoming to new members.
