Turning 2D drawings into a physical home requires more than just a plan. See how we bridge the gap between design concepts and on-site reality.

Trusting the process. This video shows the journey of a mixed-use building in Bangalore, from the architectural drawings on the table to the concrete and steel rising on site. This is just a glimpse of the beauty to come.

A construction project involves two kinds of hard work: the unseen work of designers and the on-site work of engineers, masons, and laborers. This image captures the on-field team, whose skill and effort are essential to bringing a dream home to life.

The joy of seeing a project take shape. This is the 'Nidhi Nilayam' residence under construction, with the core structure and blockwork rising, giving the first real sense of the building's form and volume on the street.

This under-construction balcony shot highlights the beauty of raw form. The intricacies of the French-inspired mouldings, the proportions of the arch, and the overall symmetry come together even before the final finishes are applied.

A frame within a frame. This image of an under-construction pergola captures that raw, poetic moment when the grid and geometry of the architecture begin to define the space, full of intention and future promise.

Shaping up, one brick at a time. This is the 'Svelte' project in its early stages, showing the ground floor structure and masonry work. You can already see the open plan and large window openings that will define the dining space.

I can't wait for this cozy entryway at 'Nidhi Nilayam' to be ready. The design combines large plants, brick and glass blocks, and a wooden ceiling to direct your focus toward a feature marble wall at the end of the passage.

An exterior view of the 'Nidhi Nilayam' project during construction. This photo shows the building's massing and relationship to the street, with the different volumes of the house clearly visible as the structure goes up.

Another angle of the 'Nidhi Nilayam' construction site. Seeing the building's skeleton like this is a critical part of the architectural process, where we verify that the design vision is being executed correctly on the ground.

Progress shot of 'Nidhi Nilayam'. This low-angle view emphasizes the verticality of the structure and the interplay between the different floor levels and cantilevered sections, which are key features of the design.

About From Sketch to Structure

We believe in total transparency during the building phase. Whether it is verifying rebar placement for cantilevers or guiding masons on intricate brick jaali patterns, our team visits the site at every critical milestone—plinth, lintel, and roof casting—to ensure the vision on paper becomes the reality on the ground.
