About Complete Home Curation: Project Showcases
When we take on a full home curation project, we look for ways to make every piece earn its place. For the Layam residence featured here, we did not just build a TV console. We engineered a specific cabinet housing for the client's sound system, complete with a top-access shutter for the controls. This is how we approach every room: identifying your functional habits first, then building a story around them using solid teak and traditional craft techniques.
The Layam residence serves as our blueprint for how furniture can define the character of a home. Instead of sourcing disparate pieces, we treated every room, from the master bedroom to the study, as chapters in one book. We focused on consistent material usage, prioritizing solid teak, brass, and hand-woven rattan to create a seamless visual flow across the entire floor plan.
In the dining area, we solved the dual-use challenge by designing a console wall that functions as both a sideboard and a home bar, utilizing glass shutters to display glassware while keeping the look clean. In the study, the furniture does double duty: a custom table that discreetly hides a piano, proving that smart storage does not have to be clinical or hidden.
Our approach to home curation is collaborative.
