You're getting food prepped by our team, like Sapna who manages the orders, and our kitchen crew who start early to ensure everything is packed fresh. We keep the kitchen lively because we believe that good energy is just as important as the ingredients in your dal.
Our kitchen is a bit like a home. There's chatter, the occasional joke about Rahul and Anjali, and a lot of focus on getting the 'tadka' just right. Since we started, we've served over 13,000 meals, but every single tiffin still gets the same level of attention.
We don't do assembly lines. We do breakfast-time prep and morning cooking so your lunch arrives fresh, not reheated. Whether it's our chefs selecting the best veggies or our delivery partners ensuring the dabba reaches you on time, it’s a team effort. We believe that if we treat our team like family, they’ll treat your food with the care it deserves. That is the philosophy that keeps us going, from the first chop of the morning to the last seal on the dabba bag.
