- Preparation: Low-oil cooking without soda or preservatives to prevent afternoon lethargy.
Logistics
- Packaging: Delivered in sterilized, reusable stainless steel multi-tier tiffins (requires next day return).
- Delivery: Handled via internal fleet or Dabbawala network, typically reaching desks between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM.
