Every staff member on your site, from our service marshals to our kitchen leads, is Fostac-trained and adheres to our 3-stage hygiene shield. We believe consistency starts with the people handling your food, which is why we invest heavily in regular training for all 225+ members of our kitchen family.

At the core of Magicomeal are the experts who ensure your meals are both delicious and performance-oriented. Our AVP of Culinary Operations, Chef Kushal Chafekar, drives our efficiency and menu innovation, ensuring that the food we serve meets high standards of taste and presentation.
We don't leave nutrition to chance. Our in-house specialists, including Aditi Nanda and Karishma Jasra, manage our macro-balanced menus. They work directly with our kitchen staff to ensure every meal helps prevent the post-lunch slump, keeping your team focused and productive throughout the workday.

Our journey from a small kitchen in 2010 to serving 15,000+ meals daily across 25+ sites in Mumbai has taught us that people are our greatest asset. Our team has grown to over 225 dedicated members, and we treat our internal culture with the same rigour we apply to our food safety. We regularly host team workshops, recognize our 'Best Site Employees,' and foster a culture of ownership.
