"Sir, enough for today, let's do the rest tomorrow." I've heard it all before. My high-performance players know that a rest day is earned, not given. We push through fatigue because that's where champions are made.
The numbers don't lie. Alexander Zverev's incredible season was built on a dominant serve and return. We track these statistics for all our high-performance players to ensure they are meeting and exceeding tour-level averages.
Jannik Sinner's 2024 season was a masterclass in aggressive, spin-heavy tennis. His forehand and backhand RPMs were way above the tour average. This is what I teach my players: you can hit hard while adding heavy spin.
This drill is all mental. Hitting on the run, ball after ball, tests your focus and endurance. How many can you hit in a row when you're already tired? This is the kind of pressure we simulate in our high-performance training.
This is the first step of tactical training for a pro player. We work on dominating the cross-court rally with depth and accuracy. Before you can attack, you must be able to control the point from the baseline.
I ask my players to rate their tiredness and their performance after a tough session. The goal is to be able to perform at an 8 even when your body feels like a 9. Training when you're already exhausted builds the endurance needed for long matches.
What are we working on here? This drill is about maintaining balance and control while moving to the ball. For a professional player, footwork and positioning are just as important as the swing itself. We drill these fundamentals relentlessly.

Getting to the next level is not about hitting more balls; it is about tracking the right data. In this program, we monitor your RPM, swing speed, and fitness levels against actual tour averages. If your forehand stats do not match what the pros are doing, you are not ready for the ITF circuit yet. We do not guess—we use on-court analytics to show you exactly where your game stands compared to where it needs to be.
Beyond The Basics
This is not a social club. If you are joining my high-performance squad, you are here to grind. We move away from random hitting and focus on a system. My goal is to build athletes who can survive the intensity of the ATP and ITF circuit, not just players who look good on the court.
The Pro Regimen
We run a 6-day-a-week schedule with 3 to 4-hour daily blocks. This includes:
- Periodization: We do not wing it. Your training is mapped out in 3-month and yearly roadmaps.
- Video Analysis: We use the 'Feel vs. Real' method. You see your own kinetic chain on video so you know exactly why your serve pronation or backhand spin is failing.
- Mental Conditioning: Physical fitness is useless if you crumble under pressure. We simulate match scenarios where you have to perform while exhausted.
Why This Method Works
I spent my life on the ATP circuit and now I am bringing that experience here. When I analyze a player, I look at the biomechanics—the ground force reaction, the swing path, the weight transfer. We do this at our facilities in Barakhamba Road and Mehrauli. If you are serious about chasing rankings or US college placements, you need to understand the math behind your shots.
