About Para-Athlete Training
When I coach para-athletes, we don't look at what you can't do. We focus on adapting your stance and swing to maximize your reach and power. Whether you use a wheelchair, crutches, or have other mobility needs, we build a customized technical plan at the Bhoir Sports Complex that sharpens your game and prepares you for tournament pressure.
Success at the table depends on technique, not just speed. My training for para-athletes is built on the same foundations as my professional coaching, but with specific adjustments to your game mechanics. If you are looking to compete, we work on service variations, third-ball attacks, and consistency through high-intensity multiball sessions.
We train at the Bhoir Sports Complex in New Panvel, which is equipped with professional Stag tables and robot systems. This environment lets us drill specific strokes repeatedly until they become instinct. I have coached para-athletes to medal-winning performances at the International Table Tennis Champions League in Singapore, so I know what it takes to perform under pressure in tournaments.
Training is not just about playing matches. It is about fitness, conditioning, and strategy. We work on your grip, racket angle, and movement adaptations. If you need a private session to analyze your current game or discuss how we can adapt your movement for competition, let's talk. I am here to push you to reach your full potential, regardless of any physical constraints.
