Getting the basics right changes everything. Whether your child is just starting or you are ready to learn, we build strong fundamentals through controlled drills, proper technique, and discipline.

When teaching kids, I demonstrate every technique slowly and clearly. They are smart and pick up the details quickly when you give them the right instruction.

We start with the very basics. Here, our youngest players are mastering ball balancing, a simple drill that builds hand-eye coordination and feel for the racket.

It's never too early to start. I believe in building a strong foundation from a young age, and we welcome kids as young as four to begin their table tennis journey.

A key lesson for beginners is to see the rotation of the ball. I teach players how to read the spin so they can react with the correct stroke.

For young players, developing a slow, controlled wrist movement is crucial. This helps them learn to generate spin and control the ball's trajectory.

A live look at a beginner's session. I use a mix of Hindi and English commands to keep the instructions clear and direct, focusing on one skill at a time.

I always emphasize the importance of training under a coach. This ensures players develop the right habits and techniques from day one.

About Youth & Beginner Fundamentals

Don't expect just hitting the ball back and forth. In my sessions, we start with hand-eye coordination drills and movement. I focus heavily on how you hold the racket and where you stand before we even worry about winning a point. If you want to play properly, you have to earn the basics first.
