Build reflexes, stamina, and match-winning control. My training programs blend intense table tennis drills with full-body conditioning for all skill levels.

This is what a typical training day looks like. We combine on-table drills with essential agility exercises like ladder footwork to build well-rounded players.

I am incredibly proud of Trisha Pavshev's performance, winning gold in both the Under 11 and Under 13 Girls categories at the Lions Club Championship. This is what dedication looks like.

It's never too early to build a strong foundation. Here, I'm working with some of my youngest players, aged 4 and up, on basic coordination and paddle control.

Multiball training is key to sharpening reflexes and building stamina. This drill pushes players to maintain form and focus under rapid-fire conditions.

Quick feet are essential in table tennis. We incorporate drills like skipping into every session to improve agility, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance.

A powerful backhand can be a game-changer. This clip shows an intense rally, focusing on generating speed and precision in every shot.

Focus is everything. In this small group session, you can hear me guiding the players to watch the ball and perfect their timing. Dhyan de!

A glimpse from Day 2 of our action-packed Kids Summer Camp. We focus on building a solid foundation from the very beginning.

About Featured

I don't just teach you to hit the ball; I teach you how to move, react, and sustain intensity. Every session at the academy combines technical table tennis drills, like multiball and serve practice, with agility ladder work and core exercises. You won't just learn a shot; you'll learn to maintain your form when your legs are tired, which is exactly where matches are won.

The Reflex Arc isn't about knocking a ball back and forth for fun. Whether you are a beginner or looking to compete at the district level, the program is built around the grind.

We prioritize fundamental stability, getting your shakehand grip and stance right from day one. I run sessions that mimic match pressure because training in isolation does not help when you are actually at the table. We use multiball feeders to force rapid-fire adjustments and robot training to build rhythm.

But a fast arm is useless with slow feet. That is why we carve out time for conditioning, designed to keep your footwork explosive through the final sets.

Training is hosted at the Bhoir Sports Complex in New Panvel. It is an indoor facility with synthetic matting, which is crucial for high-intensity movement and injury prevention. Batches are strictly capped at 12 students to ensure I can watch every single stroke and call out errors before they become bad habits.

If you are here to play, bring your focus. If you are here to win, bring your stamina.

I am Akshar Bhati, and I run The Reflex Arc to build real TT players, not just hobbyists. I am hands-on, I am loud about your mistakes, and I am fully invested in your progress, from the first ball you hit to the tournament podium.
