About Our Players on the National & International Stage

Winning at the national level doesn't happen by accident. It comes from brutal honesty about your game—identifying tactical leaks in your backhand loop, fixing service variations, and analyzing match footage to see exactly why a point was lost. Our high-performance program isn't about just playing; it's about the technical breakdown of every stroke and the mental conditioning required to stay composed when the pressure of a national ranking tournament kicks in.

What makes a national-level player? It starts with the volume of training. At VPTTA, our high-performance athletes train 6 days a week, with sessions often exceeding 2.5 hours. This is not just knocking a ball back and forth. We run complex service scenarios, third-ball attack strategies, and robot-assisted drills to build the muscle memory needed to compete under intense pressure.

Mentorship matters. Our elite players get direct oversight from me, Vaibhav Pawar, and guidance from Ravindra Kotiyan, who brings national-level playing experience to the table. We do not just focus on the forehand or the serve; we analyze your match footage to fix tactical leaks that you might miss yourself.

We also understand that fitness is the engine for technique. With strength coaches Jay and Tejas, we focus on explosive power and core stability, which is vital for the modern, fast-paced game. Our players frequently train at top-tier venues like NSCI-UTT in Mumbai to ensure they are comfortable in high-pressure competition environments.

Whether you are aiming for WTT Youth Contender events or climbing the state and national rankings, we provide the roadmap. If you are serious about putting in the work, this is where you build your path to the podium.
