Table Tennis Training That Builds Champions
This is where we sweat. From beginners learning their first grip to advanced players grinding for tournaments, my camps are built on discipline and pure intensity. If you are ready for real progress, you are in the right place.
Morning session in Tunisia. Here, we are working on quick exchanges and staying close to the table. I tell my players, "Kachhe eshe dure jaa", move in, then out, to control the rally.
This is from an advanced camp in Rajasthan. We use high-intensity multi-ball drills to sharpen reflexes and build stamina for competitive matches.
Fast feet are the foundation of a strong game. This is a simple but tough footwork drill we do to improve agility and court coverage.
Fitness training on the sand in Rajasthan. This builds explosive leg power and endurance that you can't get anywhere else.
A multi-ball practice session in Germany. Training with different international players is key to understanding various styles and improving your game.
I always show the correct form myself. Here I am demonstrating a side-step exercise with a resistance band to build lateral strength for quick movements.
A glimpse from our summer camp in Jaipur. We focus on building strong fundamentals and making sure the young players enjoy the grind.
About Featured
Training with me isn't about just hitting balls; it's about movement. When you see me correcting a stance or forcing players through sand drills, you are seeing the 'Kachhe eshe dure jaa' (move in, then out) philosophy in action. I don't care about flashy equipment; I care about footwork, reaction time, and how you handle the ball on the bounce.
My Approach to Coaching
I treat every student like a competitive athlete because that is the only way to get results. My training isn't for those looking for a casual hobby; it's for those who want to see their game evolve.
The Foundation
Everything starts at my academy in Kharghar. We don't skip steps. Whether you are in my 21-day beginner foundation camp or the 10-day high-performance intensive, the basics are the same. We focus on:
- Grip & Stance: Correcting shakehand or penhold grips from day one.
- Multi-ball Drills: High-volume repetition to build muscle memory.
- Footwork: Lateral side-to-side movement and agility drills.
Beyond The Table
If you want to win, you need to be fit. We don't just stand at the table. I take my students outdoors for sand training to build explosive lower-body power and use swimming for recovery. My players learn to balance the grind of intense multi-ball sessions with the physical discipline required for match-day endurance.
Where We Train
While my home base is in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, I also conduct camps in locations like Rajasthan to expose players to different environments and sparring partners. If you are serious about your table tennis journey, come prepared to work, not just play.
