I was so excited to bring Circulates to Delhi for the first time. This poster captures the energy of this dynamic blend of Pilates and circuit training, designed to move, challenge, and inspire you.

For International Yoga Day, I partnered with Aigiri to create a unique fusion of Yoga and Pilates on the reformer. It was a beautiful blend of tradition and innovation, focusing on breath, movement, and balance.

The energy was electric when I hosted a Circulates masterclass. It was amazing to see everyone get their heart pumping with this fun and challenging fusion of Pilates and circuit training.

About Our Signature Fusion Classes

If you think Pilates is just slow, controlled movement, my Circulates sessions will surprise you. We blend high-energy circuit training with Reformer work so you aren't just stretching, you're building serious strength and stamina in a single hour.

Why I Built Fusion Fitness

Fitness should feel fresh, not repetitive. I get bored easily, so I designed these fusion programs to keep your mind awake and your body guessing. We take the precision of Reformer Pilates and add the intensity of circuit training. It is the perfect antidote to the standard, boring gym routine.

What You Can Expect

  • Circulates: This is my favourite blend. We combine high-energy circuit training with Pilates stability. You will work with props like dumbbells, magic circles, and Bosu balls to hit those tiny muscles you did not know you had.
  • EMS Tech Sessions: For the busy professionals who have zero time, our 20-minute EMS workouts use electric muscle stimulation to give you a full-body burn that feels like hours of gym work. These are 1-on-1 and strictly controlled for safety.
  • Reformer Yoga: On specific days, we bring yoga flow onto the reformer. It focuses on balance, flexibility, and breathing, making it a great way to recover while still challenging your core.

People often come in saying, 'easy lag raha hai, aaram se ho jayega' (it looks easy, I can do it easily), but even the basics will humble you. Whether you are a bride-to-be, someone dealing with an old injury, or just someone who hates the typical loud gym environment, you will fit right in.
