About My Story: Dentist to Artist
Most people see the final painted sneaker or mural and assume it came easily. The reality is hours of prep work, trial and error, and plenty of failed attempts before getting the paint consistency just right. Whether I am working on a custom streetwear piece or setting up for a brand event, that same patient process is what ensures the art actually lasts.
The Transition
Leaving dentistry for a studio in Mumbai was not an overnight success story. It started with a lot of self-doubt and late nights wondering if I was doing the right thing. But the moment I realized art is not just about a pretty result, but the therapy of the process, things clicked. Now, I run workshops where the goal is not perfection, but having fun with colors and textures.
My Approach to Art
Whether it is sneaker customization, mural painting, or teaching a workshop for a corporate team, my approach remains grounded in simplicity. I use professional-grade supplies like Angelus paints and sealers because I want your sneakers to survive Mumbai weather and daily wear.
Why I Do What I Do
I believe art should be accessible. You do not need an art degree to pick up a brush or customize your own tote bag. My workshops are designed to be creative jams where the environment is relaxed.
