For festivals like Ganpati or Diwali, I don't believe in standard, mass-produced sweets. My Cheesecake Modaks are my signature fusion—a creamy, tangy twist on the classic prasad. Since I bake these in small batches in my mom's kitchen at night, I need a little time to ensure everything is perfect and fresh.

Festivals in India are incomplete without something sweet, but I wanted to do things differently. My kitchen is where the traditional flavors of our festivals meet the modern, indulgent baking techniques I have been perfecting since I was 14. I find a different kind of peace in baking at 2 AM, and I carry that same dedication into these festive recipes.

My Approach to Fusion

I don't use premixes or shortcuts. Whether it is my Cheesecake Modaks for Ganpati or festive gift hampers for Diwali, everything is made from scratch. I use fresh, premium ingredients because I believe that if I wouldn't serve it to my family, I won't serve it to you. My promise is no milawat (adulteration), just pure love and high-quality ingredients.

Why Book in Advance?

Because I am a full-time student, my baking time is limited to the quiet hours of the night. This means I can only handle a set number of orders to keep the quality consistent. If you have a specific festival or occasion coming up in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, reaching out early helps me plan my baking schedule so I can get your treats to you when they are fresh out of the oven.
