I'm obsessed with using only the freshest ingredients. This video shows my commitment to quality, especially for my bestseller, the mango cake. I have a great relationship with my fruit vendor who handpicks the best mangoes for me, ensuring every bite is pure, sweet, and has no milawat.

I absolutely love a creative challenge. This custom cake was for a fashion student, complete with an edible mannequin, fabric-like draping, and other design elements. If you have a unique theme in mind, I'm here to bring it to life.

A classic white and gold two-tier cake for a 60th birthday celebration. This elegant design features custom toppers and delicate gold leaf accents, perfect for marking a major milestone with style. The flavour inside was my classic Swiss Chocolate.

People often ask how I started baking, and it's a funny story. My mom challenged me, "agar khana hai to bake it yourself," and I haven't stopped since I was 14. This video shares a bit of my journey and how my mom's joke turned into my life's passion.

I truly have the best clients. For this multi-tier cake, I assembled it at the venue, and the birthday man himself paused his party to appreciate my work. Moments like these make all the late-night baking worth it.

I bake everything from scratch in my home kitchen in Dombivli, often while the rest of the city is asleep. Because I deliver across Mumbai, including 40km hauls, I have perfected the structure so your cake looks exactly as you imagined when it arrives. No premixes, just pure ingredients and a whole lot of trial and error.

My baking journey started when I was 14, and honestly, it has been a wild ride of late-night experiments and 'love-hate' relationships with ingredients like macarons. When you order from me, you are getting a cake that was baked specifically for you, not something sitting on a shelf.

Why my bakes are different

  • The Night Shift: I bake at odd hours so your cake is as fresh as possible by the time it reaches your venue.
  • No Premixes: I don't believe in shortcuts. My sponges are airy, soft, and made using premium, high-quality ingredients.
  • The 40km Journey: My cakes travel across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area regularly. I use internal doweling and structural engineering for multi-tier cakes to ensure they survive the trip and look perfect when they arrive.

Whether it’s a detailed vintage Lambeth-style cake with intricate piping or a chaotic, fun meme cake for a friend's birthday, I am always up for a challenge.
