Custom cakes are a labor of love, especially when I'm hand-molding fondant accents or engineering tiers to stay stable during travel. Since I bake everything fresh in my own kitchen, I put a lot of prep into every order. My process is simple but strict: no premixes and no shortcuts. If you want a specific theme, I work on the structural elements first—like ensuring two-tier cakes have the right internal dowels for stability—so your cake looks perfect from the moment it leaves my home to the moment you cut it. I have successfully transported cakes up to 40km across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, so rest assured, your design will arrive safely.
Since I am a student, I do most of my baking at night. This 'raat wali' (night-time) baking is my therapy, and it ensures that when you get your cake, it is as fresh as possible.
