I started baking because I got tired of ordering cakes that tasted like pure sugar and preservatives. When I decided to offer chocolate cakes, I knew I had to do it differently.

The Chocolate Difference

Most commercial bakers use compound chocolate because it is easy to handle and cheap. I do not touch that stuff. I use couverture chocolate because it contains real cocoa butter. It melts on your tongue and gives the ganache that deep, intense flavour that you cannot fake.

My Signature Flavours

• Ferrero Rocher: This is the one that people drive 40km for. It is not just chocolate mousse. It is a soft sponge layered with Nutella and actual crunchy Ferrero bits. It is honestly the best validation I get when clients tell me this tastes like home.
• Mandarin Chocolate: If you like dark chocolate but want a refreshing twist, this is it. I use couverture ganache balanced with a homemade mandarin orange curd. It cuts through the sweetness and is perfect if you find standard chocolate cakes a bit too heavy.

I am a full-time student, so my kitchen comes alive at night. There is a quiet peace in baking while everyone else is asleep. Because I do this, everything is baked fresh to order. I do not have a freezer full of ready-made cakes, so booking in advance helps me manage the 'raat ko' baking schedule and ensures you get the freshest dessert possible.
