Our Factory-to-Site Construction Process
We build your home in a controlled factory environment to ensure precision and speed, eliminating the uncertainty of traditional, on-site building.
I often get asked how a bare structure becomes a finished home. This video shows you the magic. We start with the core shell, built with precision in my factory, and transform it into a fully furnished, ready-to-live-in space, complete with interiors, plumbing, and electricals.
This video shows how easily you can expand your home with my modular system. We are delivering a second unit to a client in Devanahalli to create a "Twin Concept" model, joining two prefab units with a shared roof to double the living space.
Watch the delivery and assembly of a G+1 modular home right in the middle of Bangalore. This behind-the-scenes look shows my team using a crane to stack the modules, demonstrating how I can build multi-story homes even in urban settings.
This video shows the entire journey of a container home. It starts with me selecting the best shipping containers from the lot, followed by the factory build process, and ends with a look at the finished interiors and delivery to the client's site.
See how a container home is manufactured in my factory and then delivered to the site, ready for immediate use. This process ensures quality control and significantly reduces the construction time compared to traditional methods.
From a rusty shipping container to a stylish home, this video captures the complete transformation. You can see the raw container being selected, repurposed in the factory, and finished with modern interiors, including a functional bathroom and living area.
A dramatic before-and-after look at what's possible. I take a bare piece of land and, through my prefab process, deliver a beautiful, modern home with a rooftop deck, completely transforming the site in a short amount of time.
This video highlights the precision of my delivery process. A crane carefully unloads and places a container home onto its foundation, showcasing how I handle logistics for even the most remote or challenging sites.
The delivery and installation process is a critical step. Here, you can see a crane carefully positioning a container unit for a retail store in Coorg, a perfect solution for remote locations that need a quick setup.
A closer look at the crane operation during the installation of a container store. My process is designed to handle challenging terrain and deliver a ready-to-use structure with minimal impact on the surrounding environment.
About Our Process: From Factory to Your Land
While our team handles the factory construction of your home modules, you can simultaneously prepare your site foundation. This parallel workflow is the secret to our 3 to 6-month delivery timeline, as it completely eliminates typical rain delays, material shortages, and labor dependency at your plot.
How We Build Your Home
We approach residential construction like a high-precision engineering project. By moving the majority of the build indoors to our Bengaluru factory, we gain total control over quality, timing, and material wastage.
1. Design & Engineering Every project begins with a 3D design phase where we map out your layout, utilities, and finishes. We finalize everything before construction begins, which prevents mid-project surprises or cost overruns.
2. Factory Shell & Core We fabricate the main steel structure in our factory. Whether it is a container conversion or a mild steel prefab frame, this stage is where we integrate your plumbing, electrical wiring, and high-density insulation. Because we are indoors, the weather never stops us.
3. Site Preparation While the factory work continues, we provide you with a clear checklist to prepare your land. This typically involves site leveling and building a concrete foundation. By the time your home is ready to ship, your land is ready to receive it.
4. Delivery & Assembly We transport the finished modules to your site using cranes and trucks. Once on-site, the assembly is essentially a plug-and-play process. We secure the units to your foundation, connect your local power and water lines, and perform final finishing work like touch-up painting and interior detailing.
Why This Method Works
Traditional construction is often unpredictable, especially in remote areas or locations with heavy rainfall. Our process solves this by:
- Eliminating Weather Delays: Rain, heat, or humidity do not affect factory production.
- Reducing Site Mess: We don't need to host a construction crew on your land for months.
- Strict Quality Control: Every weld and fitting is inspected in a controlled environment before it ever reaches your property.
- Predictable Timelines: You get a hard date for completion, not a rough estimate.
