About Inside the Studio: Our Training Process

You won't find us just teaching counts here. My training sessions are built on 90-120 minutes of rigorous work. We start with 30 minutes of conditioning—focusing on core strength, isolations, and flexibility—because if your body isn't ready, your technique will fail. You'll see us using our sprung wooden floors and climate-controlled studios, which aren't just for comfort; they are essential for long-term injury prevention. If you're ready to treat dance as a serious discipline rather than a hobby, this is the environment you need.
