Single Style Drop-in Workshop
Session Structure
- Duration: 90 to 120 minutes of intensive training.
- Warm-up: 20 to 30 minutes of rigorous conditioning focusing on core strength, isolations, and flexibility.
- Choreography: Step by step breakdown of a 45 to 60 second routine in a specific style.
- Performance: Final 15 minutes dedicated to small group runs to build confidence.
Facility & Amenities
- Flooring: Professional sprung wooden flooring for joint protection.
- Studio: Climate controlled environment with full length mirrors.
- Video: End of class recording with basic studio lighting for personal use.
Two Day Weekend Intensive
Curriculum & Schedule
- Format: Consecutive day training (Saturday & Sunday) with 2 to 3 sessions per day.

The Finale Experience

My Story
Ashley here, Artistic Director at The Danceworx. Been at it for 25+ years, building a dance space in India that’s got real international vibes. Saw loads of raw talent, but it needed proper training, not just flashy steps. So yeah, 'Foundation builds fancy' is our thing. I cooked up Prana Paint™ – it’s about breath, touch, moving real, not fake. Our dancers? They’re killing it abroad, from Germany to Jerusalem. Watching our crew perform worldwide, that’s the real win for us.
