About Explore Your Style: Specialized Workshops
In every workshop, we strip back the noise to focus on the basics. You will spend the first 30 minutes on conditioning and technical drills before we move into choreography. We believe you cannot execute the fancy moves without a strong foundation, so expect to sweat, focus on your alignment, and actually understand the technique behind every step.
Our specialized workshops are designed to bridge the gap between classroom training and the professional stage. We curate these sessions to provide deep dives into specific genres, including Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Heels, and Breaking.
