About Art Workshops & Events
We’re a mom-daughter duo who believe art is for everyone, not just the so-called “creative types.” At Culture Chauraha, we make art simple and fun, whether you’re a total beginner or someone who paints for stress relief. Making art should feel like a break, not a test.
What Happens at Our Workshops
Our art therapy sessions online and in-person are all about enjoying yourself, not stressing over perfection. You’ll find us guiding you (usually me, sometimes my mom - most folks call her Ritu Aunty) through every step - no judgy vibes, just support. You can join solo or bring your whole group. We run palette knife painting classes, printmaking workshops for beginners (like serigraphy, linocut, woodcut), watercolor and coffee painting, terracotta pot decoration, and enamel jewellery making.
Who Can Join?
Anyone. Kids or adults, complete newbies or if you’re just looking for a chill creative space. We keep groups small, especially online (8-15 people), so everyone gets attention. For in-person, you’ll find us at our Delhi studio, or we can come to your spot (Delhi NCR, New Jersey, or New York).
For Groups & Events
We curate private art parties, family gatherings, and corporate team art events - all supplies sorted by us. You might spot us at festival pop-ups around town too.
Our Pay-As-You-Like Sessions
Once a month, we run a ‘pay as you like’ workshop online - low pressure, just bring yourself and basic materials. It’s our way of making art accessible to all.

My Story
You know, this whole Culture Chauraha thing started with my mom’s art classes. We just kept rolling with it, even through some wild times like shifting countries and packing up our Delhi studio. Chauraha means crossroads – and honestly, we’ve crossed a few! Messages from old students, hearing 'only good things' – that’s what keeps us going. Now we’re mixing Indian and US vibes, and loving every bit of this creative ride.
My Work
Art Classes & Workshops - We run online art classes for kids and adults, plus group workshops – both online and in-person.
No-pressure Learning - Art’s for everyone. We teach basics like line, colour, space – no need for a fancy degree.
Personal Touch, Global Reach - Small batches, timings for IST and EST, so anyone can join and get real attention.
Creative Mediums & Fun Workshops - Impasto palette-knife painting, printmaking workshop, painting with coffee – we love experimenting.
Flexible & Inclusive - 'Pay as you like' art workshop every month, because everyone deserves a chance to create.
