Winning Dessert Parlour of the Year at the Restaurant Awards 2024 wasn't just about the plaque on our wall; it was validation for the hard decision we made to use only pure couverture chocolate. When I started this, I was told we were crazy for choosing expensive ingredients over cheaper compound alternatives. This recognition proves that you can taste the difference, and that choosing quality over shortcuts is exactly what you wanted.
This award belongs to every customer who sent us feedback or asked for a new flavor. When I started The Brownie Circles, my focus was simple: find a real, gooey brownie in Bengaluru. Most places were selling dry sponges, and I wanted to change that. We stuck to our guns—pure butter, pure couverture chocolate, and zero shortcuts.
